FAQ

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

All orders ship via USPS from Central Florida. Shipping times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.  All shipping confirmations and USPS tracking numbers are sent to the email on file (make sure to check your spam, junk, or trash folders) once the order ships. 

 

In-stock items typically are shipped out within 1–3 business days.
Custom items are made to order and require a 4–12 business day production turnaround (depending on material availability) before they are shipped out (with the speed you selected). 

 

During peak seasons or high-volume sales periods, production times may extend beyond 12 business days. Rest assured, your order will remain in production and tracking will be sent as soon as it ships.  Please account for peak seasons, holidays, and office hours when placing your order.

 

If you have a deadline sooner than the 12 business day custom production window, we strongly encourage reaching out via website chat or Instagram DM prior to ordering. While we can often accommodate rush requests, our refund and cancellation policy is firm.

 

Once packages are dropped off with USPS, responsibility transfers to the carrier. For lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS directly or file a claim. If a package is returned to Tailgate Fever, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Tailgate Fever, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service.

 

All sales are final.  No refunds or returns are accepted. Exceptions may be made only if a custom item arrives with an error that does not match the original design request (e.g., incorrect color or design). Any approved exception must be reported to Tailgate Fever via Instagram DM or email within 72 hours of the posted delivery time attached to the tracking number.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY CUSTOM COLLEGE ITEMS?

  • Wash garments inside out. 

    • For bralettes or smaller/delicate items, we recommend turning the garment inside out and placing it in a mesh laundry bag before washing.

  • Machine wash on the coldest setting

  • Use mild/gentle detergent

  • Do not use bleach, hot water, or leave garments Wet.

  • Machine dry your items (still with the garments turned inside out) on the coolest and most gentle setting, preferably (tumble dry low), or hang or lie flat and air dry.  

  • Do not iron or heat custom designs directly without parchment paper or cloth covering the custom design.

* It's normal for prints to have slight wrinkles post washing/drying.  Lay a piece of parchment paper over the print and dry iron.​

Please note: It is unlikely but possible for tie-dye items to slightly fade or bleed in the wash depending on settings.  We recommend washing these items in their own individual washing load., following the same instructions as mentioned above.
